  29. WHAT IS SNAPSHOT?
  30.                    SnapShot  is  a 'startup-utility'  aimed  at harddisk
  31.                    users,  and  is a SUPPLEMENT (NOT a replacement) to a
  32.                    good  virus  checker/killer.   It can also be used by
  33.                    floppy  users,  but  is  intended  to  be  used  on a
  34.                    harddisk  system.   SnapShot  is  not only automatic,
  35.                    it's also much, much faster than a conventional virus
  36.                    checker.
  37.                    Snapshot  will  automatically check your harddisk for
  38.                    viruses  every day, week, month or whatever intervals
  39.                    you  decide.   If  the  disk  structure  is  not 100%
  40.                    identical  to  what SnapShot expects to find you will
  41.                    get  a  message  telling you that something is wrong,
  42.                    and  you  can  do a more extensive check of the disk.
  43.                    The  advantage  over  other virus checker programs is
  44.                    that  SnapShot  will do this automatically, say every
  45.                    week.  So if you forget(?) to check your harddisk for
  46.                    viruses, SnapShot will do it for you!!
  47.     REMARK:        SnapShot will find "ALL"...new unknown viruses too!!!
  48.     ATTENTION:     SnapShot  is  special  very excellent for BBS purpose
  49.                    to  avoid hacking  by  the  new very used infiltrator
  50.                    programs,  which  enables  a hacker to take over your
  51.                    bulletin board.

  111. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
  112.                    An  Amiga  (hopefully any model, if not let me know).
  113.                    A Harddisk (optional).
  114.                    A  System  clock  with  battery.( Mounted on most ram
  115.                    expansions).

  122. HOW TO USE SNAPSHOT.
  123.                    Before  you  can  use  SnapShot you must be sure that
  124.                    your system is 100% virusfree. I personally prefer to
  125.                    use  'Virus_Checker'  by  John Veldthuis to make sure
  126.                    that my system is virusfree.  SnapShot is used in two
  127.                    ways. First you have to use the 'update' parameter to
  128.                    take  a  snapshot of your system.  After the snapshot
  129.                    is  taken  you can put SnapShot in your 'startup-seq-
  130.                    uence'.  See below.
  131.                    THE SYNTAX OF SNAPSHOT IS AS FOLLOWS:
  132.                    SnapShot <partition> <[update]|[0 1 . 31]> <switches>
  133.                    where  the parameters  has  the  following  meanings:
  134.   <partition>   =  The harddisk partition (or floppy drive) to use. (The
  135.                    one you start up from.)
  136.   <[update]>    =  This  is  the parameter you use to take a snapshot of
  137.                    the  disk.  This  is used only the first time you use
  138.                    SnapShot,  or  when  you have done any changes on the
  139.                    disk. More about this later.
  140.   <[0 1 .. 31]> =  This  is  the  parameter(s)  you use in the 'startup-
  141.                    sequence'. The 1 .. 31 is the dates that you want the
  142.                    system checked for viruses. If you use 0 here it will
  143.                    check always.
  144.   <switches>    =  The  switches  tells SnapShot what/where to check for
  145.                    viruses. They are as follows:
  146.   -r               This  switch  is if you want to include the 'root' of
  147.                    the disk. (dh0: dh1: Workbench: etc.)
  148.   -c               This  switch  is  if  you  want  to  include  the 'c'
